The DC bus after boosting the input of PV panels usually comes into 1KV to 1.5KV, the isolated driver for MOSFETs or more often as SiC or IGBT have to galvanically isolate input logic PWM signal from output driving power. Because of the Miler current usually the driver includes two or more built-in MOSFETs to form Miler clamping for avoidance of error ON operation. Usually the current fed to the isolated driver will be higher than low voltage gate drivers, to several Amperes. It is normally recommended to implement separate converters for faster response and high power demanded gate driving.
