Nov. 2021, Shenzhen CODACA, global leading high current power inductor manufacturer, has launched new high current power inductor CPEX2722 series with new magnetic powder core technology, which offers up to 95A saturation current and 3.6mΩ DCR, resulting in effectively minimizing losses and reducing temperature rise. They are ideal for solar energy, wind energy, and hybrid vehicles applications.
Operation temperature up to +155 °C with no thermal aging
The CPEX 2722 series with new magnetic powder core technology provides stable inductance and saturation over operating temperature ranging from -55℃ to 150℃, resulting in no thermal aging. Meanwhile, flat wire design offers lower losses.
Applications
The CPEX2722 series inductors offer soft saturation characteristics to withstand high ripple current. They are ideal for solar energy, wind energy, and hybrid vehicles applications and better than toroid inductors with similar size and inductance values. The CPEX2722 series generates less heating during operation with better noise suppression.
Electrical Characteristics:
Environment requirement
High current power inductor CPEX2722 series features Halogen-free, RoHS/REACH compliant.
Production status
CPEX2722 high power inductor net weight is 63.54g/pc and is designed with a 4-pin DIP package.
As with all CODACA parts, the CPEX2722 series has been in mass production.
