Achieve Ultra-low Loss and High Power Efficiency for DC-DC Converters
Dec. 2024, CODACA Electronic, the leading power inductor manufacturer, launched the ultra-low loss molded power inductor CSEG series, available for application up to 500kHZ, greatly improving the power efficiency for DC-DC converters. Through actual testing, the data shows CODACA CSEG0420H-3R3M 15% lower DCR and 15% higher saturation current compared with the same package size and inductance value. CODACA CSEG series inductors perfectly achieve low profile, high current, and excellent electronic performance of Isat (>5.5A) and Irms (>7.5A) ratings with lower profile as 4.2*4.2*2.35mm.
Ultra-low loss & soft saturation for high efficiency
With composite structures, CSEG series are molded by extremely low-loss alloy powder and winding by flat wire, achieving DCR as low as 1.05 mΩ, featuring excellent DC bias capability to handle higher current up to 53 Amps. These fixed power inductors have been approved to operating well from -40℃ to +125℃, and magnetic shielded design to significantly lower buzz noise.
Lightweight for high-density SMT
The lightweight molded power inductor CSEG and CSEG-H series with bottom electrodes are perfect for high density SMT, satisfying the requirements of miniaturization for the upgrading electronic devices.
