CODACA’s CPD2320S and CPD3119SA series high current power inductors are designed for digital amplifiers to solve the problems of heating, noise, and poor sound quality that digital power amplifiers encounter in high-frequency applications. These inductors feature a shielded structure and are designed with a Litz wire and a wide temperature range. The low power consumption ferrite core material feature, with low AC loss and strong resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMI), makes them ideal for high-fidelity audio systems, such as high-end professional audio.

Inductor for Digital AMP


The coils of the CPD2320S and CPD3119SA series are wound with Litz wire, which can effectively reduce the communication loss caused by the skin effect of copper wire. They are suitable for high-frequency applications and have lower overall losses at operating frequencies of 350 KHz or higher. With the Litz wire, they have better temperature stability (the surface temperature of the products can be reduced by up to 20°C), achieving high-power audio output while also ensuring the high efficiency and sound quality of digital amplifiers.

The inductors are designed with a manganese zinc ferrite core with extremely low magnetic core loss and excellent linearity of the saturation current curve. These high-current ferrite power inductors are less affected by temperature and are less prone to magnetic saturation under peak current conditions, effectively filtering out spike noise.
