In Jan 2021, CODACA passed the on-site review of technical reviewers from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and obtained the accreditation certificate issued by CNAS.
What is CNAS?
CNAS is a merger and reorganization based on the original China National Accreditation Commission for Certification and China National Laboratory Accreditation Commission. CNAS is responsible for the accreditation of certification agencies, laboratories, and inspection agencies. CNAS-accredited institutions mutually recognize test results with institutions such as the International Recognition Forum, International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization, Pacific Accreditation Cooperation Organization, Asia-Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization.
What is the significance of CNAS certification ?
According to the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management system, CODACA Testing Center has set up a failure analysis laboratory, reliability laboratory, electronic testing laboratory, etc., which provide relevant specifications for the internal management requirements and technical operation of the testing center and ensure the testing capability and levels of the CODACA Testing Center.
The total assets of experiment equipment of CODACA Testing Center have exceeded 20 million RMB, these equipment analysis and research the material characteristic, failure mechanism, structural characteristic, reliability, and electrical characteristic of components, and the testing technology is applied to the product design and development, control of the manufacturing process, failure analysis of product reliability, customer complaint test verification and other processes, which can meet the experimental capability requirements of automotive electronics AEC-Q200 standard.
