Excellent in Soft Saturation, Ideal for Power Supply Application
Aug 2023, CODACA Electronic, the global leading high current power inductor manufacturer, released high-performance power inductors CPDX series which are characterized by low loss and soft saturation, to satisfy power supply applications including DC-DC converters and PV inverters. This series includes CPDX1310A and CPDX1515A these two sizes, with an inductance value range from 4.7μH to 22.0μH, Isat from 18.0A to 44.3A.
Low Loss, High Efficiency
High current power inductors CPDX series are wound by flat wire, which offers a larger space for the current to flow reducing the loss caused by skin effect. This ensures the products keep low AC loss and stable electrical performance, making them satisfying for the applications of power modules and new energy. The CPDX series with composite magnetic features an excellent DC bias capability, ensuring handling high current spikes well.
Excellent EMI Resistance
The CPDX series are magnetically shielded, achieving excellent EMI resistance capability and low buzz noise. This series with THT design improves mechanical stability, in a compact design saving PCB mounting space.
Working Temperature up to 155℃
High current inductor CPDX series can work stably in a broad operation temperature from -55℃ to 155℃, of which inductance values and DC bias capability are less affected by temperature.
